Most probable reasons why people like iPhone so much even tho nothing innovative about them because:


1. The most obvious reasons is that it has become a luxury product rather than a normal smart phone. If someone buys an iPhone they feel there status is increased.


2. The camera of the iPhone is really good for a normal person compare to the Android phones. Android phones have lots of features in there cameras which make it complicate for a normal person to use.


3. Due to less models of iPhone the apps like instagram and Snapchat will be more compatible and gives out good photos than the Android phones because the apps should be modified for each Android device which most app companies would not do.


4. The iPhone company creates both software and hardware which helps them to fully use there hardware to there max but in Android phones the hardware and software is created by different companies and cannot full utilizes the hardware to the max.


5. The apple service center is better than the Android because they fix the device better than the Android server centres.


6. The customer service through call is also better than the Android. They clearly know what is the problem we are talking about and give the solution, but not in Android custom services.
